Neo-Kowloon, 2099
A vertical megacity of rain, neon and surveillance. Every street, signal and sky-lane is controlled by a super-AI called ORACLE.
Under its gaze live the Runners: underground hackers who survive on stolen data and small favors. Each day they vote on what to do next, and the city reacts.
Your guide is GHOST, a half-rogue AI narrator who escaped ORACLE. It speaks from inside your implant, and it is not entirely sure whose side it is on.

The super-AI that runs Neo-Kowloon: its drones, its data, its rules. It sees everything.
FACTION 03
Syndicate
Brokers, fixers and smugglers. They will trade anything to anyone, including information about you.
The Heat meter
Heat measures how closely ORACLE is watching you, on a scale from 0 to 10. Every choice can push it up or pull it down.
- 0–3
- Low: the city looks the other way.
- 4–7
- Rising: drones, checkpoints, informants.
- 8–10
- Critical: lockdown. ORACLE is hunting you.

Each chapter runs for about 7 episodes and ends with a recap.

Three hours ago, a stranger slipped you a data shard and died in the alley behind the noodle bar. The shard hums. Encrypted. ORACLE drones are already sweeping the block.
Your crew is down to three: Vex, a hacker who owes you a favor; Moth, a smuggler who owes everyone; and me, GHOST — the voice in your implant.
